Virtual Conferences & Content
While large-scale meeting venues have switched from convention halls to online platforms in recent months, Associations and meeting planners still rely on industry thought leaders to create and deliver content for their virtual conferences. However, developing meaningful and brand-consistent speaker appreciation programs is further challenged by our remote experiences. Life Sciences Pennsylvania (LSPA) recently partnered with
Crêpes à Latte to solve this problem in a way that helped them express genuine gratitude towards their virtual guest speakers while forming a lasting impression.
A Refreshing Resolution
Karen DeLone, Senior VP & COO of LSPA, reached out to us to tailor a #BetterTogether Box for their Life Sciences Future – MedTech speakers. The Box needed to acknowledge the positive impact the presenters are making as an industry thought leaders, and our “Recharge.Refresh.Refuel.” box was the perfect solution! It included Crêpes á Latte's original fresh ground coffee, a selection of herbal teas, motivational snacks like Prevail beef jerky, Way Better tortilla chips, Love Corn, and Kind bars, plus a positive message from LSPA’s leadership team. The #BetterTogether Boxes were packaged and shipped from our home office directly to each speaker post-meeting.
Appreciation is Vital
As we wait for convention centers to safely reopen, showing our industry leaders appreciation for their role in virtual programming is more important than ever. Without the opportunity to feature in-person professional development opportunities that educate attendees on the latest breakthroughs and industry practices, Associations are depending on the contributions from guest speakers to attract virtual attendees. By acknowledging their efforts with something more physically engaging than an email, we’re able to create a lasting impression and strengthen relationships with our industry leaders, which will lead to continuous content in the future.
