We are thrilled to announce an important update at Crêpes à Latte. Our beloved CEO, Michael Rosenstein, has officially stepped down from his role to pursue new entrepreneurial ventures. As we navigate this transition, we are proud to honor Michael's incredible contributions as our Founder.

Michael's journey with Crêpes à Latte began in 2001, when he was inspired by the vibrant streets of Paris to create a specialty business that would bring a deeper connection with food to events. His vision, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit have been the driving forces behind our success. From starting with just a laptop and a 10’ x 10’ storage unit to growing into an internationally recognized, 100% employee-owned company, Michael’s leadership has been nothing short of inspiring.

Michael is more than just a leader; he's an innovator and a true creative. His passion for pushing boundaries and his ability to see opportunities where others might not have paved the way for many of the innovative experiences we offer today. Michael’s favorite saying, “Let’s make some smiles,” has become a guiding mantra for our team as we continue to deliver memorable and joyful experiences to our clients.

While Michael steps into new ventures, his legacy at Crêpes à Latte will always be a cornerstone of who we are. We look forward to carrying his vision forward as we continue to grow and innovate under the leadership of our new CEO, Hailey Rosenstein.
