THE CHALLENGE
The Director of Meetings and events at a major medical equipment company supporting 7k+ hospitals, reached out to Crêpes à Latte after their annual President’s Circle trip was canceled due to COVID-19. He asked if we could develop an experience that would tie to their Virtual Happy Hour theme of achievement and celebration. The meeting would be led by their CEO and would feature a live musical performance by a major artist. As part of the meeting, each of the award recipients would announce their plans for a personal trip paid for by the company.
THE SOLUTION
After learning more about the company and its needs, we created a unique #BetterTogether Box to build upon the anticipation of the event. For the Happy Hour, we delivered 50 Large “Sip Sip Hooray” boxes that included a full wine and cheese experience. We customized the box's contents, message, and packaging to incorporate the client's logo and brand colors. To commemorate the occasion we created a celebratory theme that included VIP tickets detailing event information.
Crêpes à Latte delivered 50 #BetterTogether Boxes to the client's President’s Circle members and members of their executive team, making their event more memorable and helping their team stay connected during a challenging time. We received high marks from the client for our collaborative spirit, attention to detail, and the ability to customize the boxes to fit their brand.
COLLABORATION IN ACTION
Crêpes à Latte collaborated with the Client to generate excitement and engagement. President's Circle award recipients received a crafted message that alluded to the meeting's agenda and created an emotional and shared connection at the Virtual Happy Hour, that enhanced the celebratory experience.
