It's Showtime: How an ESOP Company shows employees they care with #BetterTogether Boxes
As we approach almost a year of managing a remote workforce, businesses are craving new ideas to show employees they care. Creating buzz and excitement around employee appreciation is harder than ever, but we continue to keep the creativity and innovation rolling. Like many decision-makers, Angie Justman, Chief Financial Officer at MSA Professional Services, wanted to spread a little joy to her employees and let them know how thankful MSA is for all their hard work.
An Unexpected Surprise in a Box
MSA specializes in the sustainable development of communities and improving the way people interact with their environment. The employee-owned organization's 360+ engineers, architects, surveyors, funding specialists, planners, and environmental professionals worked tirelessly during difficult times to keep communities safe and healthy. So, MSA wanted to give them something in return to show them that their hard work did not go unnoticed. Crêpes á Latte collaborated with Angela to custom-tailor our Recharge.Refresh.Refuel Box into a "movie night" themed experience for her recipients.
Each #BetterTogether box included classic movie treats, popcorn, and even a branded Sherpa blanket for each employee to stay warm while enjoying their snacks and movie choice safely at home.
Working Together to Give Back
MSA was one of my favorite projects to work on! The box was highly themed, colorful, and featured comfort food, all for a thoughtful purpose. Angela was extremely pleased with her experience, sharing these thoughts: "I appreciated how the entire team worked with us from beginning with the exchange of ideas through shipping.
