Their solution was to host a series of virtual wine-tasting events as part of their Q1 2021 client engagement program over 8 weeks. The company wanted to send each recipient a wine-themed package with delicious snacks to enjoy in between their sips of wine.
a Cohesive Program DESIGN
We collaborated with our client to tailor our Sip Sip Hooray to align with their meeting goals and created a cohesive experience for their virtual meeting attendees. Among our selection of sweet and savory snacks, we included the insurance company’s wine-themed welcome brochure and a branded placemat for recipients to use during their wine-tasting sessions. 170 attendees registered for the virtual series surpassing their attendance goal by 130%. The sessions generated so much client engagement and positive client feedback that the company added several more events in Q2 2021.
